How to check-in?
Please show your QR code which you can download from the online platform “Smart Conference” which you have your account from May 14.

Name badge
For those who have completed registration and payment until May 12
You are required to print it by yourself and will receive the badge case in pdf when checking-in. The name card have been emailed you on May 14. If you don't receive it, please contact the secretariat. (evtec2025@ec-mice.com)
For those who complete registration and payment After May 13
Please come to the registration desk onsite.

NOTE: This platform is NOT for the virtual format. This meeting is going to be held fully in-person format.
